Bryon T. Wasserman serves as of counsel at Radulescu LLP. He is an intellectual property attorney experienced in litigating patent actions before federal district courts, the International Trade Commission and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
 
Bryon has represented clients in matters relating to a wide range of technologies including computer software, computer hardware, consumer electronics, telecommunications, electronic commerce, network security, semiconductors and medical devices. He advises clients on the acquisition, development and enforcement of intellectual property assets. He is experienced with all aspects of patent litigation, including pre-suit investigation, fact and expert discovery, motion practice, trial and appeal.

Regalo International LLC, v. Summer Infant, Inc. 

Acted as lead technical attorney and day-to-day manager of litigation in the District of Delaware involving residential security barriers. Successfully defended asserted patent in reexamination.  Settled during claim construction.

 

MiiCs & Partners America, Inc. v. Toshiba Corporation et al,   MiiCs & Partners America Inc. et al v. Funai Electric Co. Ltd. et al.

Acted as day to day manager of patent litigation involving liquid crystal display fabrication technology in the District of Delaware and before the Federal Circuit.

 

Alcatel Lucent USA v. Fortinet.

Acted as leaded technical attorney in patent suit in the District of Delaware involving seven asserted patents, eighteen counterclaim patents, and complex laches and contract disputes. Settled shortly before claim construction.

M2M Solutions v. Cinterion Wireless

Acted as lead technical attorney and day to day manager in defense of global manufacturer of embedded wireless modules in the District of Delaware. Successfully obtained an early stipulation of non-infringement after favorable initial and supplemental claim construction rulings.

 

SPA Syspatronic v. U.S.

Represented third party intervenor Gemalto in patent suit in the Court of Federal Claims involving secure identification cards and electronic passports. Parties settled after the Court issued a favorable claim construction ruling finding certain asserted claims indefinite and scheduled a supplemental indefiniteness hearing on the remaining claims.

 

In Re: Body Science LLC Patent Litigation

Acted as lead technical attorney and day to day manager in defense of Philips North America in multi-district litigation proceeding involving wireless medical instruments.

 

iLife Technologies. v. Lifeline Systems Company

Represented Philips subsidiary in seven patent suit involving personal fall detection systems in the Northern District of Texas. 

 

Blu-Ray Disc Players, Components Thereof and Products Containing Same

Represented Philips North America in ITC proceeding involving provision of supplemental information on portable Blu-Ray devices.
